Ordering Information for Daily Corporate Orders
In order to ensure delivery in a timely manner all breakfast and lunch orders are to be placed by 12 pm the day prior. Cold orders can be placed by 3 pm the day prior if needed.
For any exceptions or emergencies please call in.
Minimums for hot orders are 8 per item and cold 5 per item with a value of 100.00.
Increases will be accommodated as best as possible and decreases will not be accepted on hot orders after 12 noon the day prior and cold orders 4 pm the day prior.
Cancellations are accepted till 12 noon the day prior. Same day cancellations are not accepted.
Cancellations on Hot orders for groups larger that 50 will require a 2 day notice.
A site contact and phone number is required on all orders.
Upon arrival if no one is present the driver will wait approximately 10 min (longer is possible) , if the order is not received it will be left with reception and if not possible the order will be taken back by the driver and the client will be billed in full. A 2nd attempt can be made after all other deliveries on the route have been delivered.

Afternoon 1 pm – 5 pm
All deliveries require a 30 to 45 minute window.

Delivery hours between 5:30 to 7:30 am or after 5 pm $50.00.
Methods of Payment
Payments can be made by Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Deposit or Cash if coming in person as the drivers do handle any payments. Payment Terms are net 7 days, any other terms will require discussion with management.
Services Included with Hot Orders
Chafing dishes and sterno fuels with serving utensils are included. Your food will be set up and unwrapped and the equipment picked up early afternoon or the next day.
In the event of an ordered food item being unavailable Distinctive Catering reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions as long as the substitutions do not substantially change the nature of the order.
Due to the nature of some allergies and intolerances, we cannot guarantee food safety for those with severe allergies. Distinctive Catering makes a great effort to service those with allergies or intolerances. Those with severe allergies should request a separate plate. Guests with life threatening allergies it is recommended to bring their own food.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform Distinctive Catering of any allergies and or dietary restrictions.
